Dear students,

It seems our discussion of courtly love poetry and Freud has been struck down for this week by the majesty of typhoon Kalmaegi. Kalmaegi, like a star-crossed lover, has reaped havoc to class schedules all across the land. Therefore our discussion of courtly love will have to wait one week. However, since I know that you are all avid aristophiliacs, I’m sure you will not go into mourning for our most recent setback. Persevere, oh valiant students and we will some day make it to week 2!

In other words, I will see you all next week. I have uploaded the lecture notes on the website here and on the e-learning site.
